~ We will begin with an opening circle, a little energizing breath work and guide ourselves into meditative movement for some deep energetic and emotional release. The goal is just to sink into your body and honor it’s process while you melt into the beats. The night will end with a soothing sound bath. ~

● Four days and Three nights at Breitenbush Hot Springs
● Daily Ecstatic Dance sessions, plus workshops and lightly-facilitated classes in other modalities such as Contact Improv, yoga, Amoeba Dance, conscious movement, and sound bath meditation ♥ Sliding scale of $155 to $235 (BIPOC $55).

Queer Movement Collective is a monthly accessible, brave space for queer and trans folx to express themselves and experiment with embodiment through movement and dance in community. Inspired by 5Rhythms created by Gabrielle Roth, QMC is expanding and queering what community dance spaces can be.

SATURDAYS

• In-person classes led by Vincent Grieco-Martinez
• Study with the creator of the Soul Motion dance practice
